how does payment work?

We want to make things as simple as possible, so we offer secure online payments for invoices via card or Bank Payment (ACH).

do you offer payment plans?
Absolutely! Branding is a valuable investment in your business, and we offer a couple of payment plan options:
Standard: 50% at start, and 50% at completion of the project.
Plans: 50% at start, and broken up into 2-4 payments during the process.
How long will my project take?
Timelines vary depending on a few things: your custom package, communication, your responsiveness during the process, and ultimately creativity. Expect at least 6-8 weeks for the branding process, and 8-10 weeks for website design.
What if I only want a logo?
While logos are important, they are only a small piece of a brand identity. To gain the recognition and trust of your audience, you really need to have a thoughtfully built brand strategy and visual identity. I want to be your biggest champion and set you up for success! A logo alone won't accomplish that, so we do not offer a logo service.
